Bot Usage and Chat Conduct Rules
Please read these rules carefully before you begin. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from responsibility.
General Provisions and Liability
- Use at Your Own Risk: You use this bot and all its functions at your own discretion and risk. The administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the use of the bot's scripts or functionality.
- Script Verification: Scripts are provided in text format. You are obligated to independently verify the code to ensure its operational logic meets your expectations.
Security and Anti-Hacking Measures
Any attempts to destabilize the service or gain unauthorized access to the code will result in an immediate ban.
- Prohibition on Reverse Engineering: Decompilation, reverse engineering, attempting to bypass licensing systems, or modifying the bot's program code is strictly prohibited.
- Hacking and Attacks: Any attempts to intercept traffic, analyze data exchange protocols, or perform attacks on the bot's infrastructure will lead to the cancellation of all access rights.
- Deceiving the Administration: Attempts to mislead the administration are equated to fraud.
Penalty: If hacking, reversing, or deception is detected, the current license key—as well as all other keys associated with the specific device (HWID)—will be permanently blocked without the right to a refund.
Payment and Access Terms
- Payment for Services: Services must be paid for in full. In the event of non-payment or a payment chargeback, access to the account will be blocked.
- Key Confidentiality: Transferring API keys or licenses to third parties is prohibited. The security system tracks device identifiers. If shared use is detected, access will be blocked without the possibility of recovery.
- Virtual Machines: Using test keys on virtual machines (VMs) is prohibited. Only paid licenses are permitted for use in virtual environments.
- Test Limitations: You cannot obtain a test key if you have previously purchased a paid version or have already used a trial. The use of disposable emails to bypass this rule is prohibited.
Chat Conduct Rules
- Respectful Communication: Insults, aggression, and profanity directed at users or the administration are unacceptable.
- Prohibition on Conflict and Spam: Inciting arguments, flooding, and mass distribution of repetitive messages are prohibited. Violations will result in a warning or a ban.
Enforcement Measures
The administration reserves the sole right to determine the severity of a violation. The following measures may be applied to offenders:
- Verbal warning.
- Temporary or permanent restriction of access to the chat.
- Full blocking of access to the bot (by key and device ID) without a refund of unused funds.
